Minecraft Adventure Nights
Thirst for adventure? Join our network and play in the sandbox that is Minecraft. We're in this together, on a quest to complete a challenge of Game Master Jude's choosing. No matter if we succumb to spiders, zombies, and skeletons, it's sure to be an epic night to remember!
Use one of our laptops or bring your own. For our first run of class it is $5 per student. Pre-registration required. Space is limited.

Learn basic web design by creating a website about the coolest person in the universe: You! Use images, unlock the secrets of HTML, and master tips that will help you customize blogs, websites, and social media pages.
About the Instructor: Jude Shingle taught himself HTML, CSS and PHP to build Box of Light’s website. If he can do it, so can you!

Learn a set of design principles to apply to your garden. Create a more efficient space that needs less maintenance and provides more abundance over the long term! Bring a full page satellite photo of your garden or property (Google Maps satellite view is fine).
About the Instructor: Annie Schmitt is an urban farmer; she received her Permaculture Design Certification from the Cornell Horticultural Extension.

Learn how the art of animation started! Create your own animation cel - just like the type used in hand-drawn animated Disney movies. Each participant will leave with a framed single cel suitable for hanging.

Animate everyday objects to make them do the impossible! Make a human skateboard do tricks, bring your pocket change to life, make fireworks out of candy, or animate whatever else you may imagine. Film and edit your movie complete with sound effects and titles.
